目的:建立我国医院药事管理机构的评价指标体系,评价医院药事管理机构的绩效。方法:综合使用定量与定性研究方法、专家法、包罗分析法和灰关联分析等多种科学研究方法,包括文献计量分析方法、因子分析和多元回归分析等统计学方法、结构化访谈、Delphi法。结果:在文献查阅和专家咨询的基础上,构建了我国医院药事管理机构综合评价指标体系初始指标,将在进一步现场试验和专家筛选的基础上,确定最终评价指标和相应权重,建立适应我国现实的评价指标体系。
Objective: To establish the evaluation index system of the hospital drug administration in our country and to evaluate the performance of the hospital drug administration. Methods: We use a variety of scientific research methods including quantitative and qualitative methods, expert methods, inclusion analysis and gray incidence analysis, including statistical methods such as bibliometric analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, structured interview, Delphi method . Results: Based on the literature review and expert consultation, the initial indicators of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the hospital drug administration agencies in our country were constructed. Based on the further field tests and expert screening, the final evaluation indexes and corresponding weights were established, Realistic evaluation index system.
