The relationship between the parameters of the variable reflex mirror and the unsteady cavity parameters of Cassegrian coupled by the variable reflex mirror is discussed, and their effects on the characteristics of the laser beam are discussed. Based on this theory, a laser system with high power and high beam quality of NdYAGQ switch (electro-optical Q-switching) was designed. The pulse energy was 1.4J TEMEM mode, the pulse width was 10ns, the repetition frequency was 10pps, the beam divergence reached the diffraction limit of 1 .1 times, its frequency doubling efficiency and mixing efficiency were 60% and 30%.
