森林蔬菜是跨度一般营养和保健功能范畴的绿色食品。笔者系统分析了森林蔬菜的6特征后,概述了国内外的研究开发动态,提出了发展贵州森林蔬菜业的优势、差距、必要性、紧迫性和发展步骤。
Forest vegetables are green foods that span the general nutritional and health functional areas. After systematically analyzing the 6 characteristics of forest vegetables, the author summarizes the research and development trends both at home and abroad, and puts forward the advantages, gaps, necessity, urgency and development steps for the development of Guizhou forest vegetables industry.
