为了实现对中密度纤维板干燥系统的余热回收节能改造,设计了一套纤维干燥尾气余热回收实验装置,介绍了该实验系统的工作原理、流程和硬件结构。该装置由可旋转式气-气热管换热器,空气加热温控装置,加湿、加灰处理装置,空气参数测试控制系统,冷热端风机组成。经过实际应用证明,该装置设计合理,工作安全可靠,测试精度高。使用该装置可以模拟现场纤维干燥尾气工况进行换热器换热性能和积灰特性实验,可以准确方便地研究不同工况下热管换热器的换热性能,热管壁面温度、空气压力的分布规律,热管翅片形态、旋转角度对换热器性能和积灰情况的影响。为纤维干燥余热回收设备的研制提供基础数据和技术依据。
In order to realize energy saving retrofit of waste heat recovery of medium density fibreboard drying system, a set of experimental equipment of waste heat recovery of fiber dry exhaust gas was designed. The working principle, process and hardware structure of the experimental system were introduced. The device is composed of a rotatable air-gas heat pipe heat exchanger, an air heating temperature control device, a humidification and ash-adding device, an air parameter test control system, and a hot and cold end fan. After practical application, the device has reasonable design, safe and reliable operation and high testing precision. The device can be used to simulate the condition of on-site fiber dry exhaust gas to conduct experiments on the heat exchange performance and fouling characteristics of the heat exchanger, which can accurately and conveniently study the heat exchange performance of the heat pipe heat exchanger, the heat pipe wall temperature and the air pressure distribution Law, heat pipe fin morphology, rotation angle on the performance of heat exchangers and fouling situation. For the fiber dry heat recovery equipment to provide the basis for the development of data and technical basis.
