目前煤炭含氟量多用高温燃烧水解法或半熔法测定,这类方法操作周期长,试剂耗费量大,尤其是烧结法对瓷坩埚腐蚀极为严重。氧瓶燃烧法是无污染处理生物样品的有力工具,在国外曾用于硫、卤素及痕量金属元素的测定。Nadkarni曾用氧弹燃烧法测定煤炭中的卤素,但使用氧瓶燃烧法测定煤炭中氟还未见有报道。本文将氧瓶燃烧技术与电极测定法结合分析煤炭含氟量,获得较为满意的结果。
At present, the amount of fluorine in coal is mostly determined by high-temperature combustion hydrolysis or semi-melting method. Such methods have long operation period and large reagent consumption, especially the sintering method is very serious on porcelain crucible corrosion. Oxygen flask combustion method is a powerful tool for non-polluting biological samples used in foreign countries for the determination of sulfur, halogen and trace elements. Nadkarni had used oxygen bomb combustion method to determine the halogen in coal, but the use of oxygen flask combustion method to determine the fluorine in coal has not been reported. In this paper, oxygen cylinder combustion technology and electrode assay combined with the analysis of fluorine content in coal to obtain more satisfactory results.
