为改善复合材料制备时 Al_2O_3,与钢基体的润湿性,采用化学镀镍工艺对 Al_2O_3颗粒进行表面处理,并通过粉末冶金工艺制备了复合材料,考察了三体磨料磨损性能。结果表明:化学镀镍工艺得到的镍镀层与 Al_2O_3颗粒结合紧密,包覆完整,层厚均匀;镍镀层促进了 Al2_O3颗粒更加均匀地分散在钢基体中,改善了 Al2_O3颗粒与基体的结合界面;提高了复合材料的耐磨性能。
In order to improve the wettability of Al_2O_3 and steel matrix during the preparation of composites, the surface of Al_2O_3 particles was treated by electroless nickel plating and the composites were prepared by powder metallurgy. The wear behavior of the three-body abrasive was investigated. The results show that the Ni coating obtained by the electroless nickel plating process is tightly bonded with Al 2 O 3 particles and has a complete coating and uniform layer thickness. The nickel coating promotes the Al 2 O 3 particles to be dispersed more evenly in the steel matrix and improves the bonding interface between the Al 2 O 3 particles and the substrate.
