目的:研究大鼠腓深神经传入纤维在脊髓胶状质(SG)的投射定位。方法:按照跨神经节溃变的原理,用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)法和显微测量进行定量分析。结果:大鼠腓深神经向SG的纵向投射主要为L2~L6上部。L2~L6各节段SG水平向眉毛状反应带长所测均值分别为0.761、0.825、0.887、0.898、0.819mm,而腓深神经向L2~L6上部各节段SG水平向投射所测均值分别在0.414~0.481、0.362~0.514、0.335~0.472、0.339~0.437、0.372~0.439mm的范围。结论:腓深神经投射区主要位于SG的中间带偏内。
Objective: To study the projection localization of deep peroneal nerve afferent fibers in the glial lineage (SG) in rats. Methods: According to the principle of trans-ganglion degeneration, quantitative analysis was carried out by means of FRAP method and microscopic measurement. RESULTS: Longitudinal projection of the deep peroneal nerve to SG was mainly in the upper part of L2 ~ L6. L2 ~ L6 each segment of SG horizontal eyebrow reaction length measured mean values were 0.761,0.825,0.887,0.898,0.819mm, while the deep peroneal nerve L2 ~ L6 upper section Segment SG horizontal projection measured mean were 0.414 ~ 0.481,0.362 ~ 0.514,0.335 ~ 0.472,0.339 ~ 0.437,0.372 ~ 0.439mm range. Conclusion: The deep peroneal nerve projection area is mainly located in the middle of SG.
