去年,上海宝钢二十冶承担了上海太平洋大饭店地下土建工程。开挖面积80×120m~2,深度(标高)为-12.5~13.5m。该工程位于上海虹桥开发区,不但周围马路纵横交错,高层建筑多,施工场地狭窄,而且地表以下-32m以内均为N=0~2的淤泥质亚粘土,C_(uu)=1.6~1.7t/m~2,φ_(uu)=0,采用其它方法难于施工。二十冶分指科技人员,在试验研究和消化引进国外地锚技术基础上,采用混凝土预制板桩斜地锚拉挡土新工艺,一举成功,不但加快了工程进度,还节约投资260万元。此项技术于1988年1月28日在沪通过部级鉴定。鉴定会由冶金部基建局施工技术处主持,由设计、施工、科研等单位的32名土木建筑方面的专家、教
Last year, Shanghai Baosteel 20 Metallurgical Co., Ltd. undertook the underground civil engineering of the Shanghai Pacific Hotel. The excavation area is 80×120m~2, and the depth (elevation) is -12.5 to 13.5m. The project is located in Shanghai Hongqiao Development Zone. It is surrounded by criss-crossing streets, high-rise buildings, narrow construction sites, and muddy sub-clay with N = 0 to 2 within -32m below the surface, C_(uu) = 1.6 ~ 1.7t /m~2, φ_(uu)=0, difficult to apply by other methods. Twenty Metallurgical refers to scientific and technical personnel, based on experimental research and digestion and introduction of foreign anchor technology, the use of concrete prefabricated sheet piles obliquely anchored to pull the new soil retaining technology, in one fell swoop success, not only accelerates the progress of the project, but also saves investment 2.6 million yuan . This technology was approved at ministerial level in Shanghai on January 28, 1988.
