西德Biltingert Berger公司开发了减小大口径桩下沉量、提高承载力的新施工法,并进行了实际桩体试验。新的施工方法是向桩尖预加载荷和向桩侧面喷射灰浆的综合施工法。向桩尖预加荷载的方法有三种:1.压力腔法;2.压力箱法;3.压力柱塞法。压力腔法是首先将钢筋笼(笼内安有与桩断面相同的压力腔)插入钻好的孔下端,尔后浇灌桩体的混凝土。待混凝土硬化后,将水泥浆压入压力腔内,使桩端预加荷载,同时用水平仪监测桩头部分情况。
Biltingert Berger, West Germany, has developed a new construction method that reduces the sinking of large diameter piles and increases the bearing capacity, and has conducted actual pile tests. The new construction method is a comprehensive construction method that preloads the pile tip and sprays the mortar to the side of the pile. There are three ways to preload the pile tips: 1. Pressure chamber method; 2. Pressure tank method; 3. Pressure plunger method. The pressure chamber method is to first insert the reinforcement cage (with the same pressure chamber as the pile section in the cage) into the bottom of the drilled hole, and then pour the concrete of the pile. After the concrete is hardened, the cement slurry is pressed into the pressure chamber so that the pile end is preloaded and the level of the pile head is monitored with a level meter.
