今年以来,我市房地产投资运行良好。1-9月累计完成投资870.6亿元,增幅由一季度的40.6%下降到20.3%,处于较为合理的区间。从8月全国数据看,我市房地产开发投资额、商品房销售额指标仅次于广东和上海居全国第三位,销售面积低于广东、上海、江苏和浙江居第五位。
This year, the city real estate investment is running well. January-September cumulatively completed an investment of 87.06 billion yuan, an increase from 40.6% in the first quarter dropped to 20.3%, in a more reasonable range. From the August national data, the city’s real estate development investment, real estate sales index second only to Guangdong and Shanghai ranking third in the country, the sales area lower than Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang ranked fifth.
