应用Ｔｈ－６依赖细胞株Ｂ６细胞增殖试验和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）依赖细胞株Ｌ细胞杀伤试验，分别检测了２０例急性髓性白血病，１６例急性淋巴细胞性白血病及２２例正常人血清ＩＬ—６、ＴＮＩ７水平。实验结果表明；正常人血清ＩＬ—６、ＴＮＦ水平低于５ｋＵ／Ｌ；急性白血病患者血清ＩＬ—６、ＩＮＦ水平显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与疾病的严重程度密切相关。
Th2-dependent cell line B6 cell proliferation assay and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -dependent cell line L cell killing assay were used to detect the serum levels of IL-20 in 20 cases of acute myeloid leukemia, 16 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 22 cases of normal -6, TNI7 level. The results showed that the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF in normal people were lower than 5 kU / L. The levels of IL-6 and INF in serum of patients with acute leukemia were significantly increased (P <0.01), which were closely related to the severity of the disease.
