语文教师可以算作是最贴近学生心灵的教师,他的一言一行都具有深刻的影响力,其知识构成、思维方式、情感情怀与文化素养都或多或少地影响着学生,也影响着教师自身的个人成长。为此,语文教师应该摸清学科定位,了解自身使命,潜心修行,在语文教学过程中不断提升自己,趋于内心,感悟语文,获得顿悟。本文从语文学科的定位入手,对语文教师的使命进行简单分析,并就语文教师如何在教学过程中潜心修行展开论述,以供参考。
Chinese teachers can count as the teacher who is closest to the students’ minds. Every word and deed of his or her teacher has a profound influence. His knowledge composition, thinking mode, emotional feelings and cultural literacy all affect students more or less, Teacher’s own personal growth. For this reason, Chinese teachers should find out the subject orientation, understand their own mission, devote themselves to practicing their own actions, constantly improve themselves in the process of teaching Chinese, tend to heart, perceive Chinese, and obtain epiphany. This article starts with the localization of Chinese subject, analyzes the mission of Chinese teachers briefly, and discusses how Chinese teachers devote themselves to practice in the teaching process for reference.
