采用 HPL C法测定汉丹肝乐胶囊中芍药苷的含量。色谱柱 C1 8柱 ,流动相甲醇 -水 (2 8∶ 72 ) ,检测波长 2 30nm,流速 1m L/ m in,柱温室温 ,灵敏度 0 .0 4AUFS。结果芍药苷在 0 .0 49～ 0 .86 8μg范围线性良好 ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 99.3% (n=5 ) ,RSD =2 .0 9%。
HPL C method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Handanganle capsule. Column C1 8 column, mobile phase methanol-water (28:72), detection wavelength 230 nm, flow rate 1m L/min, column temperature at room temperature, sensitivity 0.04 AUFS. Results The content of peoniflorin was good in the range of 0.049～0.886μg, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 99.3% (n=5), and RSD was 2.0%.
