针对装载机工作装置在实际使用时出现的一些问题,结合优化设计中的特性曲线,对性能上的不足进行全面的分析,使问题得到解决。由此可见,在工作装置的设计中,要从整体上把握其性能,不能以个别位置上的参数满足要求就认可整体的性能。以圆木叉的设计为例,根据工作装置的特性曲线,对上下铰点的位置和转斗液压缸的缸径进行了调整,解决了高位夹料和卸料问题。
Aiming at some problems that arise when the loader working device is actually used, combined with the characteristic curve in the optimization design, the full analysis of the performance deficiency is made to solve the problem. Thus, in the design of work equipment, to grasp its overall performance, can not meet the requirements of individual parameters to recognize the overall performance. Taking the design of the round fork as an example, according to the characteristic curve of the working device, the positions of the upper and lower hinge points and the cylinder diameter of the bucket cylinder are adjusted to solve the problem of high position trimming and unloading.
