近年来,由于受普通高中扩招等因素的影响,中职学校生源呈现多元化现象,这给中职教育提出了新的问题与挑战,也成为现阶段中职教育教学中的一个重要特征。本文通过对中职学校分层次教学模式改革的行动研究,从分层次教学的实施方法、操作程序、分层次教学的评价等几方面进行深入探讨,希望为今后更好地在中职学校开展分层次教学提供有益的实践参考。
In recent years, due to such factors as the enrollment expansion of ordinary high schools, the diversification of students in secondary vocational schools presents new problems and challenges to secondary vocational education and has also become an important feature of secondary vocational education and teaching at this stage. Through the research on the action of the reform of the teaching mode at different levels in secondary vocational schools, this article discusses in depth how to implement the teaching methods at different levels, the operational procedures and the evaluation of the teaching in different levels. Level teaching provides useful practical reference.
