在离体和活体条件下,测定了甲霜灵抑制棉疫病菌(Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada)卵孢子产生的作用。结果表明,在含甲霜灵0.04μg/ml的利马豆培养基(LBA)平板上,棉疫病菌的卵孢子产生量仅为对照的50%,0.10μg/ml条件下,病菌完全不能产生卵孢子。在接种的棉苗叶片上,喷施10~20μg/ml的甲霜灵可以明显抑制病菌在病组织内产生卵孢子,卵孢子产生量比对照下降了13~160倍,喷施40μg/ml的甲霜灵,受侵染子叶不发病。
The effect of metalaxyl on the inhibition of oospores production by Phytophthora boehmeriae Sawada was tested in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that on the LBA plate containing metalaxyl 0.04μg / ml, the production of oospores was only 50% of the control, and the bacteria could not be produced under the condition of 0.10μg / ml Oospores.
