近年来,由于市民可支配收入的不断提高,个人拥有汽车量迅速增加,“小区停车难”成为一个社会热点问题,并由此引发了业主和开发商、物业公司的多重矛盾。本文从法学的一般分析方法出发,以现今相关法律、法规等规范性文件为依据,厘清小区停车位的几种权属情况,并提出一些建议,以期为“小区停车难”问题提供法学的解决途径。
In recent years, due to the ever-increasing disposable income of the citizens, the number of cars owned by individuals has increased rapidly. As a result, the problem of parking difficulties in residential areas has become a hot issue in society.
