研究微波遥感中目标和背景的介电常数,对微波遥感的解译、判读和反演具有重要作用。在静电场和交变电场情形下,叙述介电常数的概念,从微观和宏观两方面论述了介电常数的物理意义,指出外界条件对介电常数的影响,总结介电常数的测量方法,叙述其基本原理,给出了介电常数的计算方法及典型地物的介电常数公式、数据及曲线。指出目前在微波遥感中对介电常数研究和测量的局限性,以及寻找新理论及探讨能进行实地在位检测的新方法的必要性。
Studying the dielectric constant of target and background in microwave remote sensing plays an important role in interpretation, interpretation and inversion of microwave remote sensing.
