中小学生的营养状况是影响民族人口素质的重要因素,直接关系到中小学生未来的体能与智能发育[1]。中小学生的生长发育及健康状况与饮食行为有着密切的关系,而对饮食知识的正确认知是形成良好的饮食行为习惯的基础[2]。为了解江西省农村中小学生营养知识与饮食行为状况,江西省疾病预防控制中心于2013年10—11月开展了调查,为提出更科学合理的营养改善措施提供参考。1对象与方法1.1对象选择江西省实施农村义务教育学生营养
The nutritional status of primary and middle school students is an important factor affecting the quality of the national population, which is directly related to the physical and intellectual development of primary and secondary school students in the future [1]. The growth and health status of primary and middle school students is closely related to their eating behavior. However, the correct cognition of dietary knowledge is the basis for forming a good dietary behavior habit [2].
