用异染性染剂甲苯胺蓝对Rdh颖果的横切片进行染色,发现Rdh颖果的果皮、种皮组织有大量多酚物质;糊粉层细胞壁中有少量多酚物质。用香草醛处理Rdh子房后发现:受精的子房不管颖果的成熟度如何都呈鲜红色,没有受精的子房均不呈鲜红色。说明Rdh各颖果中均有原花色素或其前体物质累积;其合成要以受精为前提。解剖Rdh颖果的果皮、种皮及糊粉组织并用香草醛处理发现:三层组织均呈现鲜红色,即含有原花色素或其前体物质。分析认为Rdh颖果的果皮组织合成并累积聚合原花色素,种皮和糊粉组织合成并累积单体原花色素—无色花色素。
The cross-sections of Rdh caryopsis were stained with Toluidine blue, and it was found that a large amount of polyphenols were found in the pericarp and seed coat of Rdh caryopsis. There were a few polyphenols in the cell wall of aleurone layer. Treatment of Rdh ovary with vanillin found: fertilized ovary regardless of the maturity of caryopsis were bright red, no fertilized ovary were not bright red. Description Rdh each have proanthocyanidin or its precursors of substance accumulation; the synthesis to fertilization as a precondition. Anatomical Rdh caryopsis pericarp, seed coat and aleurone were treated with vanillin and found that all three layers showed a bright red color, which contained proanthocyanidins or their precursors. It was suggested that Rdh caryopsis tissues synthesize and accumulate aggregated proanthocyanidins, seed coat and aleurone tissues to synthesize and accumulate monomeric proanthocyanidins - colorless anthocyanins.
