七、从电路板上提取电路图 在没有电路图和联机测试条件的情况下,采用“ASA“和“后驱动”测试技术的在线维修测试仪,确实有其它类型检测仪器所不能比拟的优势。但即使如此,设法获取详细的电路图,不但可为使用其它类型的测试仪器创造条件,也十分有助于提高在线维修测试仪的检测效率和准确性。例如,模拟端口特征测试(ASA)能发现电路节点上的故障,进一步确认要求知道哪些元器件与该节点相关联;用数字IC功能测试(ICFT)发现故障IC之后,要进一步判定该IC器件的使用方式是否属于会导致误判的电路结构,从而确定是否真是被测器件有问题。
