针对基于曲线投影的复杂曲面高精度插补问题,给出面向球头刀的自由曲线型刀轨生成算法.算法根据曲面、刀触点等几何信息及刀具等工艺信息,采用“区间搜索,分段插值”策略,依据投影线上的离散点信息,用分段参数三次样条曲线高精度逼近理想刀位点轨迹.基于该算法用VC++6.0开发一个基于Microsoft Windows系统的CAM仿真软件,仿真结果证明算法可行且有效,实验验证系统运行稳定.该算法可扩充现有CNC系统轨迹控制功能,充分利用高档数控系统内置的样条插补功能,有利于提高复杂曲面的加工精度.
Aiming at the problem of high precision interpolation of complex curved surfaces based on curve projection, a free-form tool path generation algorithm for ball-nose knives is given. According to the geometric information such as surface and tool contact, Based on the discrete point information on the projection line, the piecewise parameter cubic spline curve is used to approach the trajectory of the ideal knife point with high precision.Based on the algorithm, a CAM simulation based on Microsoft Windows system is developed with VC ++ 6.0 The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective, and the experimental verification of the system is stable.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can extend the existing trajectory control functions of CNC system and make full use of the spline interpolation function built in the high-end CNC system.
