目的分析血液内毒素(LPS)在精神分裂症中的临床意义,为隐性细菌性感染作为精神分裂症的始发原因提供依据。方法收集2015年5月至2016年7月住院的符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准79例患者的血液内毒素,血常规、C-反应蛋白,降钙素原、尿常规、头部MRI/CT的检查结果,运用SPSS20.0对数据进行统计分析。结果血液内毒素(LPS)平均为(0.045±0.069)EU/ml,其中>0.01 EU/ml的占79.7%;白细胞计数(WBC)平均为(7.049±1.855)×10~9/L,≥10×10~9/L的百分率为5.06%,中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)平均为(52.118±10.722)%,≥70%的占6.33%,C-反应蛋白平均为(3.062±4.344)mg/L,抗链球菌溶血素O平均为(70.505±63.318)IU/ml,尿常规白细胞镜检阳性占14.03%,头部MRI/CT检查有炎症的占所有参与检查患者的39.34%。结论大部分患者血液内毒素水平均升高可能与其发病机制相关,值得进一步深入探讨两者的关联。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of blood endotoxin (LPS) in schizophrenia and provide the basis for the recessive bacterial infection as the origin of schizophrenia. Methods Blood samples were collected from 79 patients with ICD-10 schizophrenia diagnosed in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016. The blood endotoxin, blood routine, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, urine routine, head MRI / CT test results, the use of SPSS20.0 statistical analysis of the data. Results The average level of LPS was (0.045 ± 0.069) EU / ml, of which, more than 0.01 EU / ml accounted for 79.7%. The average white blood cell count (WBC) was 7.049 ± 1.855 × 10 ~ 9 / L, The average percentages of neutrophils (NE%) were (52.118 ± 10.722)%, those with≥70% were 6.33%, and the average values of C-reactive protein were (3.062 ± 4.344) mg / L, the average anti-streptolysin O was (70.505 ± 63.318) IU / ml, urine routine leucocyte microscopy positive accounted for 14.03%, head MRI / CT examination of inflammation accounted for 39.34% of all participating patients. Conclusion Most of the patients with elevated blood endotoxin may be related to its pathogenesis, it is worth further in-depth study of the relationship between the two.
