第四周期过渡金属硫酸盐及其水合物作为反应的催化剂已有许多报导。对同一反应,有人探索了催化剂的活性与金属的物理参数(离子半径、电荷、第二电离势……)之间的关系,并建立了一些经验关系式。 硫酸盐水合物对α、β葡萄糖之间的变旋有明显的催化作用。通过测定反应过程中旋光度的变化,得到六种硫酸盐催化活性的实验值(以速率常数κ_α表示)。反应式为:
The fourth cycle of transition metal sulfates and their hydrates as catalysts for the reaction have been reported. For the same reaction, one has explored the relationship between the activity of the catalyst and the physical parameters of the metal (ionic radius, charge, second ionization potential ...) and established some empirical relationships. Sulfate hydrate has a significant catalytic effect on the rotation of α and β glucose. By measuring the change of optical rotation during the reaction, the experimental values of the catalytic activities of six sulfates (represented by the rate constant κ_α) were obtained.
