本文首先介绍了国内早期核电站备件及库存管理的现状,并对库存量持续上升的原因进行了分析。某核电在汲取了中国核电数年发展的经验后,结合核电站自身特点,在保障核电站安全、稳定运行的前提下,以降低库存资金占用为目标,建立了新的物项需求管理及库存优化方法和策略,并加强对备件库存管理的考核体系,希望本文探讨的内容能对国内核电站备件需求管理和库存优化有一定的参考价值。
This paper firstly introduces the current situation of the spare parts and inventory management in the domestic early stage nuclear power plants, and analyzes the reasons for the continuous increase of the inventory. After drawing on the experience of several years of nuclear power development in China, combining with the characteristics of nuclear power plants, a nuclear power company established a new item demand management and inventory optimization method with the objective of reducing the occupancy of inventory funds under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants And strategies, and strengthen the examination system of spare parts inventory management. We hope that the contents discussed in this paper can be of some reference value for the management of spare parts and inventory optimization of nuclear power plants in China.
