油库建设工程是当前阶段国家大力发展建设的领域,对社会的整体经济发展起着十分重要的作用。油库工程建设过程中,涉及到土建、工艺、机电、仪表等多个专业,工程项目建设具有施工技术复杂、施工规模大、施工工期长等特点,工程进度管理面临各种困难。为此,本文从油库项目工程建设进度管理的主要内容及管理的三个阶段两方面出发,对进度优化管理措施进行系统的探析。
The construction of the oil depot is an area where the country is vigorously developing and constructing at present and plays an important role in the overall economic development of the society. In the process of oil depot construction, it involves many specialties such as civil engineering, mechanics, electromechanical, instrumentation, etc. The construction of the project has the characteristics of complex construction technology, large construction scale and long construction period, and the progress of the project management faces various difficulties. Therefore, based on the three aspects of the main contents of project progress management and the three stages of management, this paper systematically analyzes the progress optimization management measures.
