选择年龄15~18岁的体育学校学生23名(男14、女9),随机分为三个不同的运动组进行跑台训练。结果显示:运动可导致尿乳酸,尿蛋白、尿糖和尿素氮含量增加。无氧训练时尿乳酸的增加尤为明显;尿蛋白的增多与尿液乳酸含量呈正相关;尿素氮水平的升高则以有氧耐力运动时为甚。
Twenty-three sports school students (male 14 and female 9) aged 15-18 years were selected and randomly divided into three different exercise groups for treadmill training. The results showed that: exercise can lead to increased urinary lactic acid, urine protein, urine sugar and urea nitrogen. Increased urinary lactic acid was particularly evident during anaerobic training; increased urinary protein was positively correlated with urine lactic acid; elevated urea nitrogen was associated with aerobic endurance exercise.
