高温合金中微量元素的控制及其作用荣获1987年国家科技进步三等奖

我院付杰副教授等与钢铁研究总院、抚顺钢厂、长域钢厂等合作,研究了GH220等18种高温合金和Mg、Zr、Ca、B等16个元素,对于Mg在变形高温合金中的作用及含量控制进行了系统和深入的研究。研究结果表明,高温合金中添加适量的有益微量元素及控制有害元素的极限含量,可以明显改善合金的综合性能,主要表现在提高持久寿命和塑性,消除某些合金的持久缺口敏感性及中温低塑性,改善合金的蠕变性能及长期时 Associate Professor Fu Jie and our institute cooperated with Iron and Steel Research Institute, Fushun Steel Plant and Longgang Steel Works to study 18 kinds of superalloys including GH220 and 16 elements such as Mg, Zr, Ca and B, In the role and content control conducted a systematic and in-depth study.
