为配合瘤段骨超声灭活再植与瘤细胞培养敏感药物治疗骨肉瘤研究,并探讨超声疗法在骨肉瘤保肢治疗中的重要作用,通过选用新鲜人骨肉瘤组织标本,采用瘤组织碱性磷酸酶染色分级计数和瘤细胞存活度计数方法,研究判定了体外医用灭菌剂量超声波在不同溶液介质和作用时间内,对人骨肉瘤组织的杀伤和灭活作用。实验结果表明,医用灭菌剂量超声波和95%酒精溶液在一定作用时限内,对人骨肉瘤组织均具有直接杀伤和灭活作用;医用灭菌剂量超声波可促进95%酒精溶液对人骨肉瘤组织的杀伤和灭活作用;它们对人骨肉瘤组织杀伤和灭活作用的大小依次为:医用灭菌剂量超声波+95%酒精>单纯95%酒精>医用灭菌剂量超声波+生理盐水
In order to cooperate with ultrasonic replantation of tumor bone and sensitive drug treatment of tumor cells to treat osteosarcoma, and to discuss the important role of ultrasound therapy in the limb salvage treatment of osteosarcoma, fresh tissue of human osteosarcoma was used to adopt basic tissue alkaline phosphate. The enzyme staining staining and counting method and the survival rate of tumor cells were used to determine the killing and inactivation of human osteosarcoma tissues in vitro using different ultrasonic doses of medical sterilization. The experimental results show that the medical sterilization dose of ultrasound and 95% alcohol solution have a direct killing and inactivating effect on human osteosarcoma tissue within a certain time limit; the medical sterilization dose of ultrasound can promote the killing of human osteosarcoma tissue with 95% alcohol solution. And inactivation; their effect on the killing and inactivation of human osteosarcoma tissue in order of: medical sterilization dose of ultrasonic +95% alcohol> pure 95% alcohol> medical sterilization dose of ultrasound + saline
