测定35例支气管哮喘患儿急性发作期血清可溶性白介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平,同时测定26例正常儿童SIL-2R水平作对照。结果显示:哮喘急性发作患儿SIL-2R水平明显高于正常对照组。在轻、中重度哮喘患儿间SIL-2R水平比较无显著差异。作者推测:SIL-2R作为细胞因子参与了儿童支气管哮喘非特异性炎症 的发病过程。
Serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) were measured in 35 children with bronchial asthma at the onset of acute exacerbation. The levels of SIL-2R in 26 normal children were measured. The results showed that: SIL-2R levels in children with acute asthma were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. There was no significant difference in SIL-2R level between children with mild and moderate asthma. The authors hypothesize that SIL-2R, as a cytokine, is involved in the pathogenesis of nonspecific inflammation in children with bronchial asthma.
