皱皮是许多橙类品种果实由于果皮白色组织(白皮层)裂开而引起的病害,致使果实丧失鲜销价值。此种病害在广泛发展的伏令夏橙品种上是较为严重的,且随果实成熟度增加,病害更趋严重。 人们认为皱果与气候、栽培和营养条件有关。但是,对其生理机制的研究甚少,且缺乏理想的控制办法。前人的研究认为,伏令夏橙皱皮与果胶酶活性增高、钙含量降低和激素水平有关。Jones等推荐,可采用GA_3来控制伏令夏橙及脐橙的皱皮现象。 本文报道GA_3对伏令夏橙成熟果实皱皮的组织学和生理学方面的效应。供试植株种
Wrinkled skin is the disease caused by the dehiscence of the white orange peel tissue (white cortex) of many orange varieties, resulting in loss of the freshness of the fruit. This disease is more serious in the widely-developed Valsum Indica oranges, and the disease is more serious with the maturity of the fruit. People think wrinkles and climate, cultivation and nutritional conditions. However, there is little research on its physiological mechanism and lack of ideal control measures. Previous studies suggest that the skin wrinkles and the pectinase activity, increased calcium content and hormone levels. Jones and other recommendations can be used GA_3 to control summer orange and navel orange wrinkled skin phenomenon.
