建立了高效液相色谱法测定拉坦前列素滴眼液中苯扎氯铵的3种取代同系物。采用Zorbax氰基柱,以乙腈∶0.1 mol/L乙酸铵缓冲液(用冰乙酸调至p H 5.0)(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长260 nm。在上述条件下,3种取代同系物之间可以有效分离,在0.25~100?g/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为95.6%、93.7%和95.1%,RSD分别为2.82%、2.72%和1.98%。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of benzalkonium chloride in latanoprost eye drops. The mobile phase was Zorbax column with acetonitrile: 0.1 mol / L ammonium acetate buffer (adjusted to pH 5.0 with glacial acetic acid) (70:30). The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Under the above conditions, the three kinds of substituted homologues could be effectively separated, with a good linearity in the range of 0.25-100 μg / ml. The average recoveries were 95.6%, 93.7% and 95.1%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.82% 2.72% and 1.98%.
