我市地处沿海,耕作制度较为复杂,杂交水稻制种母本移栽前后茬存在一定矛盾,大面积制种生产中母本移栽方式较多。为了探索制种高产栽培中的最佳母本移栽苗体,1988年我们在本市廉贻乡水稻制种基地做了这个试验。一、材料与方法 1.试验材料。试验选用母本珍汕97A,配制组合汕优63。 2.处理与设计。试验设4个处理:处理1,小苗1叶1心双株移栽;处理2,中苗4.5叶双株移栽;处理3,大苗7.5叶双株移栽;处理4,大苗7.5叶单株移栽。上述4个处理3次重复,共设12个小区,小区随机排列,南北走向,长10米,宽2.75米。除处理1采用地池育秧外,其余3个处理均采用露地育秧。
