采用无抑制剂法制备取向硅钢,并采用XRD、TEM等方法对无抑制剂取向硅钢热轧到初次再结晶阶段的织构与析出物进行了研究。实验结果表明,热轧板的织构主体为γ线织构,并含有少量的立方织构{100}<001>和Goss织构{110}<001>;常化后立方织构{100}<001>减弱,织构的主体为γ线织构;初次再结晶退火后织构主要由γ线织构及少量的α线织构组成。通过对第二相质点的观察发现,析出物主要由铁的氧化物和硅的氧化物组成,均不是抑制剂,说明该取向硅钢并不是依靠第二相质点来抑制初次再结晶晶粒长大的。
The oriented silicon steel was prepared by non-inhibitor method. The texture and precipitates of uninhibited silicon steel were hot-rolled to primary recrystallization by XRD, TEM and other methods. The experimental results show that the texture of the hot rolled plate is γ-ray texture with a small amount of cubic texture {100} <001> and Goss texture {110} <001>. The normalized cubic texture {100} <001> is weakened, and the main texture is γ-ray texture. The texture after primary recrystallization annealing mainly consists of γ-ray texture and a small amount of α-ray texture. Through the observation of the second phase particles, the precipitates are mainly composed of iron oxide and silicon oxide, which are not inhibitors, indicating that the oriented silicon steel does not rely on the second phase particles to inhibit the growth of primary recrystallized grains of.
