用“国光”苹果作试材进行了不同浓度赤霉素(GA)对抑制苹果花芽形成的效果试验。50ppm没有抑制效果,200ppm显示出抑制效果;500—1000ppm有明显的抑制作用。花量下降达到对照的1/2-1/3。还进行了不同喷布时期试验,结果表明,从枝条停止生长开始直到花芽形态分化前,整个“花芽孕育的临界时期”内任何时候进行,都有同等的抑制效果;从一次喷布增加为两次喷布(间隔10天),甚至五次喷布,都未能使抑制效果有显著的增加。
Using “Guoguang” apple as test material, different concentrations of GA (GA3) were tested to inhibit the flower bud formation of apple. 50ppm no inhibitory effect, 200ppm showed inhibitory effect; 500-1000ppm obvious inhibition. The amount of flow dropped to 1 / 2-1 / 3 of the control. The experiment of different spouting period was also conducted.
