The cognition patterns, basic level, interest and self-efficacy of Tibetan high school students in the Mainland have their uniqueness. Textbook materials can be arranged multi-level performance theme reading, classroom group performance activities, extracurricular English performance docking and other modes of performing culture and teaching method. The experiment proves that the performance culture teaching method has significant effects on improving English learning achievement, improving English learning interest and self-efficacy in Tibet high school students in the Mainland. I. Difficulties in English Learning among High School Students in Tibetan Class in the Mainland The Tibetan education in the Mainland is a policy of basic education and national unity in China.
