国外对线虫Neoaplectana glaseri,N.carpocapsae的一些品系及其他种在治虫方面作了大量的室内外试验工作,取得了一定的效果(Poinar 1979)。我国近年来对一些病原线虫的利用也进行了研究,并获得了一定的进展(李丽英1980,李素春1981)。本试验所用的线虫N.feltiae(同物异名N.carpocasae)的Agriotes品系,70年代在国外曾对其形态、习性、感染蜜蜂和抗干燥能力等方面作了一些研究。本文就此品系对常见的50种蔬菜害虫进行了室内敏感性试验,并对不同种、不同虫态在不同温度与剂量下引起的致死效果进行了比较,为开展病原线虫的利用提供参考。
Some foreign neoplasms Neoaplectana glaseri, N.carpocapsae strains and other species in the pest control done a lot of indoor and outdoor experiments, and achieved some results (Poinar 1979). In recent years, the use of some pathogenic nematodes has also been studied in China, and some progress has been made (Li Liying 1980, Li Suchun 1981). The Agriotes strain of nematode N.feltiae (synonym N.carpocasae) used in this study has made some researches on the morphology, habits, infection of bees and anti-drying ability abroad in the 1970s. In this paper, we conducted indoor sensitivity tests on 50 common vegetable pests and compared the lethal effects caused by different species and different insect states at different temperatures and doses to provide reference for the utilization of pathogenic nematodes.
