用硫酸铵分段沉淀法将猪囊尾蚴及其囊液的蛋白质分别分离为8种抗原,用间接酶标法检测猪囊尾蚴病病人、其他寄生虫病人及正常人血清中的相应抗体。结果表明,在8种抗原制品中,囊液部分提纯抗原P_1诊断囊尾蚴病的阳性率最高。囊尾蚴粗抗原的部分提纯成份P_(25-55)的阳性率次之。 P_1和囊液粗抗原对包虫病病人血清存在严重的交叉反应,而P_(25-55)交叉反应较低。P_1与肺吸虫病病人血清有交叉反应,但P_(25-55)与肺吸虫病人血清无交叉反应。P_25-55的来源比P_1丰富,是此病免疫诊断的实用抗原。
Cysticercus cellulosae and cyst protein were separated into eight kinds of antigens by ammonium sulfate segregation method, and the corresponding antibodies in the serum of cysticercosis patients, other parasites and normal persons were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that in the eight antigen products, cytoplasm partially purified antigen P_1 diagnosis of cysticercosis the highest positive rate. Cysticercus crude antigen partial purification of P_ (25-55) positive rate of the second. There was a serious cross-reaction between P_1 and crude cytoplasm antigen in the serum of patients with hydatidosis, while P_ (25-55) had a low cross-reaction. P_1 and paragonimiasis serum cross-reaction, but P_ (25-55) and paragonimiasis serum no cross-reaction. The source of P_25-55 is more abundant than P_1 and is a practical antigen for immunodiagnosis of this disease.
