瑞士格拉风(GRAFON)公司生产的CNC成形磨床可以用于制造各种模具的电加工石墨电极。使用这种机床可以节省大量人工,减少石墨的消耗量,提高电极精度,并且不需要再对电极进行人工精修。机床的结构主要由精密导轨与液压相结合的两个刚性驱动轴以及CNC程序控制器组成。电极由相反形状的磨削工具成形。磨削工具在预定的压力下以各种速度作复式行星运动,加工进给量可达每分钟0.8毫米。磨削工具的重复精度很好,磨损量极小,粗加工及精加工可使用同一磨削工具。
The CNC forming grinders from GRAFON can be used to make electroformed graphite electrodes for various molds. Use of this machine can save a lot of labor, reduce the consumption of graphite, improve the accuracy of the electrode, and do not need to re-manual the electrode. The structure of the machine is mainly composed of two rigid drive shafts combined with precision guide rail and hydraulic pressure and a CNC program controller. The electrode is shaped by a grinding tool of opposite shape. Grinding tools at a predetermined pressure at various speeds for multiple planetary motion, processing feed up to 0.8 mm per minute. The repeatability of the grinding tool is very good, the amount of wear is minimal, and the same grinding tool can be used for roughing and finishing.
