目的建立作业场所空气中丙烯酰胺气相色谱直接测定的方法。方法用水作吸收液,冲击式吸收管采样,样品直接进气相色谱(FID)测定,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果所建方法的线性范围5~500μg/ml,回归方程Y=5.9601X-1.643,r=0.9998;方法检出限0.5μg/ml,最低检测浓度为0.04mg/m3(采样体积60L计);采样效率达100%;样品在吸收管中可稳定5d。结论通过实验室和现场试验,证明本法简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好。可满足职业卫生检测要求。
Objective To establish a method for the direct determination of acrylamide gas in workplace air. Methods Water was used as absorbing liquid and shock absorbing tube for sampling. The sample was directly analyzed by gas chromatography (FID), and the retention time was qualitative, peak height or peak area was quantified. Results The linear range of the established method was 5 ~ 500μg / ml, the regression equation was Y = 5.9601X-1.643, r = 0.9998. The detection limit was 0.5μg / ml. The minimum detection concentration was 0.04mg / Sampling efficiency of 100%; sample in the absorption tube can be stable 5d. Conclusion The laboratory and field tests prove that this method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. To meet occupational health testing requirements.
