分析高含硫原油储运过程中硫化氢挥发的主要影响因素,根据分子扩散原理、Fick第二扩散定律及相关热力学知识,建立了高含硫原油储运过程中的硫化氢挥发模型。以某油田高含硫原油储运过程为例,分析硫化氢挥发浓度与温度、挥发时间的关系曲线。结果表明,该模型可用来反映高含硫原油储运过程中的硫化氢挥发规律,预测硫化氢挥发浓度与挥发时间和温度的关系,也可为高含硫原油储运过程中的安全标准及安全措施的制定提供技术依据。
The main influencing factors of H2S volatilization during the storage and transportation of high sulfur content crude oil are analyzed. Based on the principle of molecular diffusion, the second diffusion law of Fick and the related thermodynamic knowledge, the hydrogen sulfide volatilization model of high sulfur content crude oil is established. Taking the storage and transportation of high sulfur content crude oil in an oilfield as an example, the relationship between the volatilization concentration of hydrogen sulfide and the temperature and the volatilization time is analyzed. The results show that the model can be used to reflect the law of H2S volatilization during the storage and transportation of high sulfur content crude oil, to predict the relationship between volatilization concentration of H2S and volatilization time and temperature, and to be the safety standard for storage and transportation of high sulfur content crude oil The establishment of safety measures to provide technical basis.
