有人可能会问,为什么不是微软创造了谷歌,百视达创造了奈飞,美国电话电报公司创造了Skype?为什么老牌公司很难抢在新对手之前找到下一个大热点?对于这些现象,一个简单的解释是,很多老牌公司太过专注于当前的商业模式,忘了既有的商业模式并不是持久有效的。也就是说,今天的成功并不能保证明天也会成功。
