目的了解区县学校食堂餐具消毒效果,为加强公共餐饮具卫生管理提供参考依据。方法采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法,对重庆市某区37所中小学校及托幼机构食堂的餐饮具消毒效果进行了监测与评价。结果从37所学校食堂随机抽取消毒后餐饮具1 590件,平均合格率为60.38%。托幼机构食堂餐具消毒合格率高于中小学食堂。以化学消毒+热力消毒方法对餐饮具消毒效果较好。结论该区中小学校及托幼机构食堂餐饮具消毒效果合格率总体偏低,各学校食堂普遍存在卫生消毒设施欠缺,应加强学校食堂卫生管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of tableware in school canteens in districts and counties and provide references for strengthening the hygiene management of public tableware. Methods The method of rapid detection of coliform bacteria was used to monitor and evaluate the disinfection effect of tableware in 37 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Chongqing. Results A total of 1 590 pieces of disposable tableware were randomly selected from 37 schools canteens. The average pass rate was 60.38%. Kindergarten institutions canteen cutlery disinfection pass rate higher than the canteen. To chemical disinfection + thermal disinfection of tableware disinfection better. Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection effect of tableware in canteens in elementary and secondary schools and kindergartens in this area is generally low. There is a lack of sanitation and disinfection facilities in school canteens. Health management of school canteens should be strengthened.
