随着教育教学改革的不断深入,教育创新已经成为一种潮流,一种趋势。小班化的课堂教学模式在这种情况下应运而生。我们认识到要想真正达成课堂教学效果的优化,必须凸现学生在课堂教学中的主体地位。要让学生能在更高层次上掌握自主学习的本领,从而不断增强学生的自主学习能力和实践能力,养成学生乐于合作、善于合作的品质,培养出有终生学习能力的人。在几年来的小班化教学的尝试的摸索过程中,我们是着力从以下几个方面来强化学生的主体性的。
With the continuous deepening of education and teaching reform, education innovation has become a trend, a trend. Small class teaching mode in this case came into being. We recognize that in order to truly achieve the optimization of classroom teaching effectiveness, students must highlight the dominant position in classroom teaching. To enable students to master the skills of autonomous learning at a higher level, so as to continuously enhance students’ autonomous learning ability and practical ability, cultivate the students willing to cooperate, good at the quality of cooperation, and cultivate lifelong learning ability. In the past few years of small class teaching attempts to explore the process, we are trying to strengthen the student’s subjectivity from the following aspects.
