为加快推进长江干线船型标准化,2009年7月,交通运输部、财政部和上海市、江苏省、安徽省、湖北省、湖南省、重庆市、四川省等人民政府联合制定了《推进长江干线船型标准化实施方案》。明确提出了推进长江干线船舶标准化的总体工作目标,即到201 3年底,川江及三峡库区船型标准化率达到75%以上,三峡船闸的通过能力提高10%以上,长江干线货运船舶的平均吨位达到1000载重吨以上,船舶安全技术性能明显提高。方案发布后,相关省市全面启动了长江干线船型标准化工作。
In order to speed up the standardization of the ship types on the Yangtze River, in July 2009, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Finance and Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing and Sichuan provinces and other people’s governments jointly formulated the “ Ship standardized implementation of the program. ” Clearly put forward the overall goal of promoting the standardization of ships on the main trunk line of the Yangtze River that by the end of 2013, the standardization rate of ships in the Chuanjiang and Three Gorges areas will be over 75% and that of the Three Gorges Lock will be increased by over 10%. The average tonnage of cargo ships on the Yangtze River will reach Above 1000 dwt, the technical performance of ships is obviously improved. After the release of the program, related provinces and municipalities started the standardization of the ship shape of the trunk line of the Yangtze River in an all-round way.
