2011年2月,中国石油管道防腐蚀工程公司展示了“热收缩带补口施工装备及配套技术”。该技术根据长输油气管道补口安装工艺的不同,分为湿膜和干膜两种热收缩套安装工艺,填补了国内相关领域的空白。目前,中国石油油气管道总里程已突破5×10~4km,管道建设达国际水平。但近年对在役管道的检测发现,由于热收缩带补口失效导致的管体腐蚀现象比较普遍,管口防腐蚀质量成为制约管道运行的关键因素。据有关负责人介绍,平均1km油气管道就有92道焊口需要现场防腐蚀,防腐蚀
