用微血管造影及组织切片的方法,对9例2~15岁儿童和35只2~6周幼兔的股骨下端骺进行了观察。结果发现,在人体骺软骨板内有血管存在,它们主要来源于骨骺血管,行走于软骨管内,一般仅限于储备层内。但在2例儿童可以看到骨骺血管与干骺血管有交通。这一现象可以合理地解释一些骨病的X线表现规律。在幼兔,骺软骨板内的血管与人类似,但未发现骨骺与干骺间有血管交通。
Using the method of microangiography and tissue section, 9 cases of 2 to 15 years old children and 35 of 2 to 6 weeks old rabbits were observed in the lower femoral condyle. As a result, it was found that blood vessels exist in the cartilage plate of the human body. They mainly originate from the blood vessels of the epiphysis and walk in the cartilage ducts, and are generally limited to the reservoir layer. However, in 2 children, there was traffic in the bones and blood vessels of the skeleton. This phenomenon can reasonably explain the X-ray appearance of some bone diseases. In young rabbits, the blood vessels in the cartilage plate were similar to those in humans, but there was no vascular traffic between the callus and cockroach.
