1.序言“日本”对于我们而言是一个平凡而不能再平凡的词汇了。在全国各大书店里,我们能够轻而易举地发现各类以“日本”命名的著作,诸如:日本通史、日本文化史、日本经济史、日本政治史、日本社会史等等。此外,我们的高校课堂里,也开设着各式各样以“日本”为单位的课程,像日本概况、日本文化概论等。通常,这个“日本”在日常生活中被人们广泛而自然地使用着,从来都不是问题。然而,如今却有日本人提出质疑说,国家将“日本”作为国号并没有取得国民全体的合意。为
1. The Preamble “Japan ” is an ordinary, but not trivial, term for us. In the major bookstores across the country, we can easily find all kinds of books named after “Japan”, such as Japan’s General History, Japanese Cultural History, Japanese Economic History, Japanese Political History, Japanese Social History and so on.
