为了通过串口使光学定位跟踪系统与基于图像的手术导航软件之间保持良好的数据通信,本文在Visual C6.0平台下,通过调用WinAPI函数进行串口通信程序设计,完成对串口数据读取、提取和解析,进一步研究手术器械相对于患者坐标系位置的计算方法,运用ICP算法完成CT模型与患者空间位置配准,实现手术中对手术器械的实时跟踪。经临床手术的实际效果证明,本系统具有良好的鲁棒性、实时性和可靠性,满足临床手术要求。
In order to maintain a good data communication between the optical positioning and tracking system and the image-based surgical navigation software through the serial port, this paper designs a serial communication program by calling WinAPI function under the Visual C6.0 platform to read and extract the serial port data To further study the method of calculating the position of the surgical instrument relative to the patient coordinate system, the registration of the spatial location of the CT model and the patient is completed by using the ICP algorithm to realize the real-time tracking of the surgical instruments during the operation. The actual results of clinical surgery proved that the system has good robustness, real-time and reliability, to meet the requirements of clinical surgery.
