1951年11月24日,第一套广播体操发布。此后,在固定的时间和音乐下,不同场所的人们被召集起来做一套统一的身体动作。在全民健身的口号下,广播体操成为一代又一代人成长的背景音乐,却也绑架了每一代人的时间。广播操起源于美国,于1928年作为裕仁天皇登基的“献礼”而引入日本国内,通过日本广播电台NHK每日播送。1950年8月,中国向苏联派出了体育代表团,希望学习并效仿当时苏联的《准备劳动与保卫祖国体育制度》。
November 24, 1951, the first set of broadcast gymnastics. Since then, people from different places have been called together to make a set of uniform body movements under fixed time and music. Under the slogan of national fitness, radio gymnastics became the background music of generation after generation, but also kidnapped each generation’s time. Broadcasting originated in the United States and was introduced into Japan as the “gift” of the emperor Hirohito in 1928 and was broadcast daily by the NHK Japan Radio Station. In August 1950, China sent a sports delegation to the Soviet Union, hoping to learn from and follow the Soviet Union’s “preparations for labor and the defense of the motherland’s sports system.”
